The Decorah FFA recently received excellent news from the Iowa FFA Association. Steven Sexton, 2019-2020 Decorah FFA Treasurer, received first place in the Iowa FFA state treasurer’s book competition. The purpose of this event is to showcase the member’s ability at keeping complete and accurate records of the chapter’s finances. This record book is then evaluated by a panel of judges.

Sexton’s treasurer book advanced to the state level after placing first place at the district evaluation this last spring.
