Karen Klotzbach oversees our Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and the mentoring and induction program, ensuring that both new and experienced teachers have the resources and guidance they need to thrive. Her dedication extends into the classroom, where she supports the teaching of first grade coding, fostering early digital literacy.
