On March 19th, several 8th grade Decorah Middle School students participated in the regional National History Day competition held at NICC.  Twenty students were recognized as finalists in the competition and will participate at the NHD state meet in Ames on April 28th. This year’s theme is “Rights and Responsibilities in History.”
