Wild Wonderers

Discovery Camps are week-long opportunities for students entering grades 1-9 to get hands-on outdoor experiences while discovering the beauty and diversity of the natural world. Each week, campers participate in courses designed to engage them in discovery-oriented learning while connecting to nature, gaining new skills, meeting new friends, and making lasting memories!

Camps take place daily Monday-Friday from 9-3:30 in June. In 2024, three weeks of camp are offered:
- Wild Wonderers (entering grades 1-2) will be based out of Whalen Cabin near Phelps Park in Decorah from June 10-14.
- Adventurers (entering grades 3-6) will be at Lake Meyer Park & Campground near Calmar from June 17-21.
- Explorers (entering grades 7-9) will be at Lake Meyer Park & Campground near Calmar from June 24-28.
