Decorah Chapter of National Honor Society (NHS)
The objective of the National Honor Society is to recognize students who have demonstrated achievement in the following four areas: character, leadership, scholarship, and service.
Juniors and seniors who have acquired at least a 3.75 cumulative GPA will be invited to apply based on scholarship. Eligible students who want to be considered must submit materials demonstrating their accomplishments in the remaining three areas: character, leadership, and service.
While membership in National Honor Society is an honor for deserving students, it is also a responsibility. Upon induction into NHS, selected students will be expected to participate in chapter activities, including meetings and service projects, and to uphold the standards of character, scholarship, leadership, and service.
