In the Spotlight
This year, we have been incredibly fortunate to have two educators who went above and beyond the typical substitute role. They didn’t just fill in; they became integral parts of the Carrie Lee family. Padrin Grimstad: Padrin took on the challenge of covering our 4th grade long-term position, providing stability and continuity for students during a critical time. Beyond that, she has been a familiar and reliable face throughout the building as a regular substitute. We especially appreciate her jumping in to support our students during School of the Wild week—ensuring they had a memorable and enriching experience. Linda Hemesath: Linda was a steady force in our Positive Behavior Support room, managing a long-term leave with patience and skill. Her impact extended far beyond the classroom walls; she played a vital role in supervising ISASP testing, helping ensure everything ran smoothly. Her dedication to our students' success, whether in the PBS room or helping with assessments, has been invaluable. To both Padrin and Linda: Thank you for your flexibility, your hard work, and your commitment to our school. You have made a real difference in the lives of our students and staff this year. We are so grateful to have you as part of our Carrie Lee community!
