In the Spotlight
If you’ve spent any time in the building this year, chances are you’ve crossed paths with Kendra Smorstad—and if you haven’t, she’s probably helped you behind the scenes anyway. This is Kendra’s first year as our Nurse Associate at John Cline Elementary, and she’s jumped into the role with both feet. From band-aids and ice packs to lunchroom duty, shoveling, and stepping in wherever help is needed, Kendra truly does it all. She’s calm, flexible, and always ready to support students and staff—often before anyone even has to ask. We are incredibly lucky to have Kendra as part of our team. Her willingness to help, positive attitude, and genuine care for our school community do not go unnoticed. Thanks for all you do, Kendra—we appreciate you more than you know!
