Kris VandeKrol is a valued member of the DMS staff who consistently demonstrates dedication, reliability, and a positive presence in our building. She approaches her work with a team-first mindset, always willing to adjust schedules or step in where needed to ensure students continue to receive the support they deserve. Kris has a natural ability to build strong relationships with students, striking an important balance between empathy and accountability that helps them grow both academically and personally. She is not only dependable, but truly a joy to work alongside, and our school community is better because of her contributions.
