Whether it’s troubleshooting a technology issue, answering a frantic call for help, or walking someone through a fix step by step, Theresa is always quick to respond and willing to help. Her patience, understanding, and calm approach are appreciated by both students and staff alike. She has a unique ability to make even the most frustrating tech situations feel manageable, and her support never goes unnoticed. Beyond her role as computer technician, Theresa also works tirelessly as our sub caller, a responsibility that often happens behind the scenes but is absolutely critical to the success of our school day. She understands the many nuances involved in filling positions and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure classrooms and responsibilities are covered. It takes flexibility, persistence, and a great deal of communication, all of which Theresa handles with professionalism and care. As this marks Theresa’s final year before retirement, we want to thank her for the countless ways she has supported DMS over the years. Her dedication, reliability, and kindness have made a lasting impact on our building and the people in it. Congratulations, Theresa, and thank you for everything you’ve done for DMS. We wish you nothing but the very best in retirement. It is certainly well deserved!
